The ThermoWood process respects the natural properties of wood. The patented production process is based on the gradual thermal modification of wood, wherein the chemical and physical properties of the wood undergo permanent change. The thermal modification of wood improves the wood’s properties, thereby expanding the range of applications in which the wood can be used. Thanks to their improved durability against decay, the products are well suited to applications involving demanding weather conditions. The beautiful look and dimensional stability make the products suitable for interior decoration.
